Our Nielsen ratings reached 2.4 and have steadily climbed since our launch in October, 2004. This is significant proof of our audience appeal. Currently, Hog Heaven is available on 11 stations in Louisiana and Texas. We are working toward national and international syndication of our program.
In the first Nielsen sweeps period of February, 2005, Hog Heaven registered ratings which is an impressive feat. The Nielsen sweeps of May, 2005 showed even more positive results as Hog Heaven rated in all categories, the general category “persons” as well as men and women.
Our ratings indicate a broad appeal across all demographics, not just a skew towards any one specific. The consistent increase in the ratings have shown the continued attraction to the program, the power of the word of mouth with the viewers and the overall quality of the show.
